1. What is the RavePoints Rewards Program?
The RavePoints Rewards loyalty program is a RavePoints-based program through which our customers (like you!) earn RavePoints on ravemen.com (excludes, but is not limited to, other third parties or retailers like Amazon, eBay, etc.) Your RavePoints unlock member benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. Just another way for us to say thank you to our customers and show how much we appreciate your loyalty.
2. Who is eligible to join the RavePoints Rewards Program?
Anyone over 13 in the EU or over 14 in the US (or another age required by local law) can join the program.
3. How do I join the RavePoints Rewards Program?
If you already have an account on ravemen.com, you are already enrolled. You can log in to your existing account.
If you do not have an account with ravemen.com, register a RavePoints account now.
You cannot earn RavePoints if you are not registered.
4. Where can I find my redeemed coupons and how do I use them?
You can head over to our Rewards page in the bottom left corner of the page, and click on “ Coupons”. It will show all the coupons you’ve redeemed. Simply copy the promo code below and paste it at checkout to apply your discount.

5. Do my rewards, benefits and RavePoints have any cash value?
Rewards, benefits and RavePoints earned through RavePoints Rewards have no cash value, and cannot be transferred to someone else.
6. I have two Ravemen accounts. Can I merge them into one?
No. RavePoints accumulated on different accounts by different members may not be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any other reason.
7. Can I still earn for previous transactions made before the RavePoints rewards program launched?
Yes! Before our RavePoints Rewards Program was officially launched on 01/07/2026, RavePoints for orders previously made were added to your account as long as you were logged in to your Ravemen account at the time of that purchase. The RavePoints will expire one year later. However, you cannot be credited for purchases that occurred before you became an RavePoints member.
8. Can my RavePoints expire?
Yes. Your accumulated RavePoints earned before our program officially launched (01/07/2026) will expire one year later. RavePoints earned after our Program launch date will expire one year after the date they are unlocked. Your expired RavePoints would be deducted from your account.
9. Will my coupon expire?
Yes, coupons are valid for one year from the date of issue. Be sure to use it before it expires.
10. Can I cancel, return, or exchange my rewards?
No. Once points are redeemed, a reward (discount, product, or gift card) will be assigned, and we are unable to cancel the redemption and reapply the points to your Ravemen account.
11. Do I need to pay for shipping when redeeming products or gifts?
If your redeemed item is included with a regular order, you don’t need to pay for shipping.
If the redeemed item is shipped on its own, you should pay for shipping.
