NT201

Didnt work since ich received it and I couldn’t even return it.

Unfortunately it broke very soon after I started using it.
Would not turn on at all.

Not sure why.

I have used the light for around 7 weeks over 30 rides, paired with a Garmin Edge 530. The device is used on bike for my commute which is about 70% bike path the rest on roads with vehicles.
The good
- Radar picks up actual approaching vehicles, in fact I don’t think it's missed one. Ie no false negatives. That's pretyy good.
- Does a adequate job of recognising multiple vehicles, but not always.
- Pairs (initially) quite seamlessly with Garmin
- Light can be well seen in dark & daylight
- USB C rechargeable
- Excellent value for money
The not good
- Every ride there have been multiple false positives from the radar; it regularly reports vehicles approaching on a bike path where there are no vehicles
- Haphazardly connects successfully to my Garmin edge 530 and sometimes it doesn’t; not sure if this is a radar or computer issue
For it's price, and that it's produced no false negatives, it's a satisfactory product. But it's regular false positives are annoying.
I also use a Bryton Guardia r300 on another bike (and previously on the commuter bike), and it's notable differences include it does not produce the volume of false positives the Ravemen NT201 does, it's has an app (handy for settings and & it's RRP is higher than the Ravemen.

Not as expensive as Garmin, Wahoo or others, but just as capable. Easy to mount. Set up and configuration were easy and straightforward. Operation has been very good. Periodically, the car / truck “disappears” from the radar - if they slow down waiting to pass. Otherwise, it has been rock solid.
