How and to whom should I make warranty claim?
Please make warranty claim to the seller. Should the seller not able to provide you the service, please contact RAVEMEN service team for help. Receipt or invoice for buying the product is required for both conditions.
The run time display of my light is not working correctly, what could I do about it?
Step 1: Turn on the light at mid or low brightness levels till the light runs out of power and switch off automatically.
Step 2: Charge the light to fullpower and turn on the light to check the display whether it is normal or not. If not, repeat the first and second step.
Note: Keep the light under good heat dissipation environment while it is on.
Could I replace the battery myself?
It is not recommended and it will void the warranty if the light is dismantled by yourself. Contact us if you have any questions about the battery.
Will the light be not water proof or resistance while using the remote button in rain?
No, it won’t. The high output level or emergency mode might be activated should the micro USB port is filled with water. However, it will do no damage to the inside circuit. Clean and dry the micro port then the light will return to normal status.
